Keep and manage your business details all in one place
At any time you’ll be able to update:
- your business address or phone number
- the primary contact for your business
- the billing email for your business
How to update your details
It’s quick and easy to change your details.
- log in to your account
- select ‘Business Details’ on your account dashboard
- choose what you’d like to change
It’s important to note that any details you change (business, postal or garaged), can take up to 72 hours to be updated on our system.
Primary account contact
When we need to talk to you, we’ll talk to the primary contact person.
If you happen to be the person who activates the account on behalf of your company, you’ll automatically become the primary contact.
This can be changed at any time, and it only takes a minute.
- log in to your account
- click ‘Business Details’ on your account dashboard
- edit the primary contact details
