Action log

Get help with searching for actions made in your partner account.

Log into the partner account and navigate to the action log. If you’re an admin user, you can view all actions made during a particular date range. If you’re a user, you can only view your own actions made during a particular date range.  If you’re a user who needs to see other user’s actions, ask your administrator to assign you ‘report manager’ special permission.

You’ll see a list of recent actions, including the date and time, description and user.  Increase the results displayed on the page by up to 100 by using the drop down menu and clicking Update. 

You can only search for records up to 15 months old, and can only search for actions made within one partner account.

Advanced search

To do a search by action or user, click on the Advanced search drop down menu. Remember, only admin users can see all user actions. 

Search by date

To search by date only, enter an Activity from date and an Activity to date. If you’re searching for actions made on the same day, enter that date in both fields.  

Search by user

To search by user or multiple users only, select and deselect their names in the drop down menu.  If all user names are selected, you’ll see ‘All’.  If only some names are selected, you’ll see 'Multiple selected (X)' in the drop down result, with X meaning the number of user names selected.
