When you log in, choose the partner account you need from the dashboard.
To switch accounts, click the person icon and select Switch partner.
Check the dashboard at any time to find out which partner account you’re logged into.
If you’re a dealer principal, you’re responsible for making sure your dealership runs according to the Dealer Certification Scheme agreement.
The dealer principal listed on your myVicRoads partner account must be the same person listed as the dealer's representative on your written agreement. To change the dealer principal on myVicRoads, refer to the Partner details updates below.
Choose a primary contact to be the main person we talk to about your partner account. Change your primary contact through your myVicRoads partner account at any time.
Anyone signing up for a myVicRoads partner account must get a valid National Police Check. To be valid, the date of issue on your police check must be no older than 3 months when you sign up. You’ll need to upload your police check as part of the sign up process.
1. Go to your partner account dashboard and click Payment and billing
2. Choose to manage credit cards or bank accounts
3. In this scenario, we are managing a credit card. Click on add credit card.
4. Enter in the credit card type, Name on card, Card Number & Expiry date.
5. Give the card a nickname eg. Bob Smiths Card.
6. Click on store credit card.
7. A message will be displayed – Your payment details have been updated.
You need a Victorian driver licence number or VicRoads customer number to sign up for a myVicRoads partner account.
To get a VicRoads customer number, visit one of our customer service centres and show the required identity documents.
