Your myVicRoads personal account offers a quick, easy and secure way to receive and pay your registration renewals online.
If you’ve signed up for a myVicRoads personal account, you have the option to:

Set a delivery preference - choose email to get registration renewal notifications sent straight to your inbox or choose post to get a paper copy of your renewal notice in the mail.

Save credit card details and set them as the default payment method for the account (card payment fee applies to all credit card transactions)

Access previous registration renewals received (starting from when your account was created)
Set delivery preferences
When you sign up for a myVicRoads personal account, you’re automatically signed up to receive renewal notifications by email, which means you’ll no longer get your registration renewal in the post. Your registration renewal notice can be downloaded from the Notifications section of your myVicRoads dashboard.
You can change the delivery preference on your account at any time.
Simply go to Delivery Preferences and choose the way you'd like to get your notices.
If you choose email you’ll get

Your registration renewal notification by email 6 weeks before expiry
- Expiry advice for your licence 2 weeks before it's due

A registration payment reminder email 2 weeks before expiry

A registration payment email 7 days after expiry
- A licence expiry reminder email 7 days after expiry
If you choose post you’ll get

Your registration renewal by post 6 weeks before expiry
- A final payment reminder by post 7 days after expiry (if still unpaid).
Manage your credit cards
You can store credit card details in your myVicRoads personal account. This allows you to have them ready whenever you need to make a payment.
Payment method preferences
Setting a preferred payment method means that if you use your myVicRoads personal account to make a payment, the card selected as your preference will be the default card for your payments. However, you always have the option to enter a different payment method.
Transaction history
You can search from up to 24 months' worth of transactions where you have made a payment through your myVicRoads personal account (if you pay outside of your account, e.g. via BPay, these transactions do not appear in your transaction history).
Transaction history starts from the date your myVicRoads personal account was created and does not display any history prior to account creation.
You can use the advanced search function to help you find a specific payment transaction.
Notification history
You can view your recent registration renewal history starting from when your myVicRoads personal account was created.
