Motorcyclists can legally filter between lanes of slow and stationary traffic moving in the same direction at speeds up to 30 km per hour and only when it’s safe to do so.

You can only lane filter when you have enough space either side of you and are able to safely merge back into the traffic stream.

Keep out of blind spots of all vehicles as drivers may not be able to see you.
